It is a mission of the Small World Preschool to provide a fully integrated preschool program to foster the child’s social and emotional growth of their total personality. Areas related to physical, mental, emotional and social development are all given equal attention when preparing a curriculum to fit the needs of each child. A child’s self-expression, creativity, and analytical thinking are worked out in play. Through observations, the teacher may help a child succeed in areas where they do not excel. The teachers strive to aid each child in developing a positive image of them self.

We will provide a learning environment that is conducive for learning and allows for personal development to take place. Our personnel will strive to provide the children with those ingredients needed to build a solid foundation as each child evolves into a lifelong learner.

We provide quality, developmentally appropriate, early childhood education to children of all ages. We examine the needs of the children, families, school districts, and communities we serve. The curriculum addresses the identified needs. Understanding the parent is the child’s first and most important teacher, every effort is made to help the family educate the child. We have an important role in shaping the social, emotional, and intellectual development of the young child. The intent of our school is to provide enriching, enjoyable, and meaningful activities that nurture young children.
